Piccolo Hotel is a good hotel, it has good location and the staff is exceptional.

Breakfast was good and quality of the food was great.

The hallways needs more light specially at night.

It was very satisfying. I like how I was left alone and at peace and staff only helped me when I ask

The staff were attentive and nice.

They need more staff during breakfast because I waited a long time to get service until I finally left.

Wonderful

It was our second time here and it was highly recommendable, near the beach and near from everything. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is also good.

I think you should improve the taste of your coffee. I dont know if its only me but coffee taste not so good, same in the room and in the restaurant. Just a recommendation because many people are coffee lover and specially you have foreign guest

It was a 9/10

Surprised that they offer beach towels too. It is also within a 2-minute walk (depends on your pace) to White Beach.

Set breakfast. Limited options. I wish they would opt for BUFFET breakfast.

Overall was a very good stay. I would book again but with a better AC

Hotel is located extremly conveniet. 2 minutes of walk to the beachfront and 5 minutes to D Mall.

We had breakfast included. Would be a lot better if it would be a breakfast buffet instead of ordering from a menu every morning and then having to wait for for your food. The options are somehow limited. Second thing is the air conditioning we had in our room wich is way to cold and very loud. It’s very hard to get a proper sleep with the AC on and impossible to sleep with it off.

Cozy and clean

The service is good but I’m a bit off when I request for house keeping and they didn’t went to my room even I called twice already. Anyways, I’m happy and comfortable at the same time at the hotel

Comfortable stay

Great location and breakfast was good.

Some stains on the sheets when we checked in and we were put in a room with no window even though we were supposed to have one based on our booking. When we complained about these, we were moved in another room which had no TV remote control and the room safe was locked open which made it unusable. It would be great if there are some final check of the room before new guests are checked in.

Great Hotel in Station 2 -5 minutes to beach

In the end we were given a Family room at the roof top which was great. Lots of light & outside space and can even see the clear skies & stars at night.The room was also very accessible for elderly with mobility issues using a lift. Staff were very accommodating. Restaurant & facilities were also good. Beach 5mins walk & shops/pharmacy just around the corner.

We thought this Hotel was located in Station1 but it was actually in Station 2. It just needs to be clearly stated. Could do with a clear accessible ramp at the entrance of hotel for disabled/elderly with mobility issues.

staff were approachable and nice; we loved the breakfast, the lobby of the hotel, and the two rooms that we booked for our families (room 502 and 503)

room 208-there were ants, it seems it wasn’t clean enough, no face towels, no iron and iron board in the rooms that we booked (says online there’s available iron),

My 3 night stay in Piccolo

Location was very good. Clean room. Having a balcony and gym was a plus.

I wish bedroom slippers were provided. Other toiletriess(e.g. ear cleaning kit, shaving kit, etc) wouldve been nice.

Very close to white beach and city center. Cool design inside. Friendly staff. Room with balcony.
